Sathish SRINIVASAN

Dr. Sathish Srinivasan is a consultant corneal surgeon at University Hospital Ayr, Ayr, Scotland and Professor of Health and Life Sciences at the University of the West of Scotland. His interests are in lamellar corneal surgery, laser refractive surgery, microincision cataract surgery, and anterior segment reconstruction. He has published over 100 papers in peer-reviewed journals and given over 100 scientific presentations at national and international meetings. He is a recipient of the Senior Achievement and International Scholar awards from the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO). He serves as cataract subcommittee member of the AAO and as associate editor of the Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. He is the incoming president of the UK and Ireland Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.
