ESPLANADE

There are few buildings in Singapore as eye-catching as Esplanade, a world-class performing arts centre made up of two rounded glass domes fitted with over 7,000 triangular aluminium sunshades. NIGHT SAFARI

Located within Mandai Wildlife Reserve, Night Safari is the world’s first nocturnal wildlife park. It is home to over 900 animals from approximately 100 species, of which almost 41 per cent are threatened. Committed to the conservation of threatened species, the park is actively involved in a number of global breeding programmes including the Malayan tiger, clouded leopard, Malayan tapir and Sunda slow loris.

S.E.A. AQUARIUM

S.E.A. Aquarium is one of the world’s largest aquariums, home to more than 100,000 marine animals representing 1,000 species across more than 40 diverse habitats. The vast array of aquatic life is complemented by interactive programmes, up-close animal encounters and immersive learning journeys to inspire visitors to protect the world’s oceans.

SINGAPORE BOTANIC GARDENS

Established in 1859, the 82-hectare Gardens holds a unique and significant place in the history of Singapore and the region. Through the botanical and horticultural work carried out today, it will continue to play an important role as a leading tropical botanical institute, and an endearing place to all Singaporeans. The Gardens has been inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site at the 39th session of the World Heritage Committee (WHC) on 4 July 2015. The Gardens is the first and only tropical botanic garden on the UNESCO’s World Heritage List. It is the first in Asia and the third botanic gardens inscribed in the world following Orto botanico di Padova and the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.

SINGAPORE FLYER

A giant observation wheel that stands amidst the skyscrapers in the Singapore skyline, the Singapore Flyer is the go-to attraction for the most magnificent views of the city. A scenic spin on the Singapore Flyer takes you 165 metres above ground, or as high as 42 storeys, as you marvel at the spectacular scenery below.

SINGAPORE ZOO

Located at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, visitors get to enjoy experiential learning journeys at the 26-hectare award-winning Singapore Zoo. Singapore Zoo's world-famous naturalistic exhibits offer many opportunities to experience the wonders of wildlife, with more than 4,200 animals of over 300 species, of which 34 per cent are threatened. Active in national and regional conservation projects, Singapore Zoo is also one of the country’s designated centres for rescued wildlife.
