Refractive surgery complications are uncommon and often occur unexpectedly. Proper management will help achieve safe and optimal outcomes for patients to meet the ever increasing standards expected in refractive surgery.

This MasterClass will provide pearls on the prevention and management of complications in corneal refractive surgical procedures including LASIK, surface ablations, and SMILE. It will also cover the finer points in the handling of unhappy and difficult patients.
