Paediatric cataract surgery has evolved in terms of techniques, technology, and our understanding of the physiology, anatomy, and postoperative behaviour of the child’s eye. The goal of this MasterClass is to share practical pearls regarding paediatric cataract assessment, surgery, visual rehabilitation, and overall management. It will also discuss current paradigms and preferred practices on controversial topics. All speakers have vast experience in the field, and shall share their personal experiences in a video- and case-based format.
