HO Xingxiu

Ho XingXiu has been Senior Ophthalmic Grading Technician with the SNEC Ocular Reading Centre (SORC) for over 10 years, with a primary focus on retinal image assessment for Singapore’s National Diabetic Screening Programme (SIDRP) that provides real-time DR reporting for patients with diabetes in centres island-wide. She attained certified grading skills from the University of Gloucestershire under the NHS Diabetic Retinopathy Screening service. In addition, she oversees the audit framework and regular reporting of grading standards to the Ministry of Health. She has also conducted courses for nurses and healthcare professionals on SIDRP processes, data quality standards, and reporting guidelines.
