Dr David Woo is a Glaucoma Specialist and Assistant Medical Director at ISEC KL, Malaysia. He is also Southeast Asian Lead Resource Coordinator for AIER Eye Hospital Group, China.

Dr Woo returned to Malaysia after 22 years in the UK and previously worked as a Consultant at Sunderland Eye Infirmary and York Hospital.

His ophthalmology training was completed in Newcastle and glaucoma training was undertaken at Sunderland before completing glaucoma fellowship at Moorfields Eye Hospital under Keith Barton.

Dr Woo graduated from UCL Medical School where he was awarded a scholarship to study Medicine. He also received a second scholarship to complete an Intercalated BSc.

Dr Woo is a UK Royal College of Ophthalmologists Examiner and reviewer for several ophthalmology journals.
