Ai Tee trained in ophthalmic nursing practice in Singapore. She has been involved in eye-related research since 2006. She is currently the Deputy Director of Nursing, leading the outpatient nursing services. She has contributed research studies to the healthcare knowledge base, improved patient outcomes and safe practices. She serves as research mentor to junior nurses. As a keen advocate of nursing research, Ai Tee aims to strengthen the nursing research capability at SNEC. She is a member of Upsilon Eta Chapter, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
